Rev. Dr. Steven Francis is the founder of Rivers of Life Ministries, The King’s College of Prophets and he is the Senior Pastor of Jesus My King Church in North Carolina. He is called to the office as a prophet to the Church and the nations. He is well respected by his peers as a man who walks with integrity and humility in the fear of the Lord. As a man who communes regularly with God, he published 15 books and more than 25 training manuals.

For over 35 years, he has been faithfully and powerfully serving the Lord and the Church by equipping pastors and leaders. His deep love for the Scriptures and passion for Jesus has touched thousands across nations. His prophetic and teaching ministries revive the hunger for the Word of God and draw multitudes to seek a deeper intimacy with Christ Jesus. Rev. Dr. Steven Francis is a much sought-after conference speaker and travels regularly to conduct revival crusades.With this burden in his heart, a team of ministers who are highly trained by the Lord has been assembled with the same purpose - “to equip the saints and to build up the Body of Christ” (Ephesians 4:12).
Rev. Dr. Steven Francis has been relationally connected to each of these servants of God for many years, some of whom have spoken wisdom into his life. The prophetic trainers are mentors and have been in the mission field for many years. They bring wisdom, both in the fieldwork and church ministry. The Apostolic & Prophetic Mission and Vision
The King’s College of Prophets is strategically positioned in this end-time harvest to empower and transform ordinary believing men and women in their values, attitudes and ministry towards Christ-likeness. In the training process, we do not merely impart the prophetic gifts of the Holy Spirit but aspire to build and expand the character of Christ in the life of each student. This is to prepare the students to become worthy vessels that are able to carry the highly prized prophetic anointing of the Holy Spirit.

Our mission of training prophetic warriors for Christ Jesus is to enable these ministers to hear clearly what the Holy Spirit is saying to the churches, and in turn they will be able to carry these messages and teachings to their own generation.

It is the vision of the King’s College of Prophets that every student will receive a sound understanding of the Word by qualified ministers as the basic foundation. This training experience in the King’s College of Prophets will be a new spiritual milestone for all the students as everyone will be elevated to a new level of spiritual sensitivity to discern the voice of God and receive direct revelation from Him. We are in the forefront of restoring the powerful prophetic and apostolic gifts to the students and fulfilling the end-time purposes of God in their lives to impact their families, churches, and communities and be sent to the nations of the world.

Statement of Faith
In the King’s College of Prophets, we affirm the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and speaking in tongues with the full dimension of the outpouring of the power of the Holy Spirit as prophesy in Joel 2:28, 29. We believe this as an essential spiritual provision given by God for effective prayer and praise (1 Corinthians 14:2, 3, 4; 14:18).

We embrace the teachings of Jesus Christ with the promised spiritual gifts and power of the Holy Spirit on the Day of Pentecost to accomplish the great signs and miracles recorded in the Book of Acts (Acts 2:4; 10:44, 46; 19:6). Hence, the foundational truth of this Biblical doctrine is absolutely critical in establishing ministers with the apostolic and prophetic gifting. We accomplish this mission by building a strong and sure foundation in the written Word of God with powerful prophetic revelation.

We believe in the finished work of Jesus Christ on the Cross; for the remission of our sins and His resurrected power of the Empty Tomb (Colossians 1:19, 20; Philippians 3:10, Romans 6:5, 8). We look forward with great anticipation for the return of our Lord as the righteous Judge and King who will rule and reign with His blessed saints in the millennium (1Peter 4:5; James 4:12; Revelation 11:15; 20:6).
